At Oporto Medical Spa, in western Porto, between Boavista and Foz, our clinical Pilates and postural re-education treatments are Clinical Pilates (€45), Equipment Pilates (€55) and Postural Re-education (€60), in sessions of 60 to 90 minutes. One-to-one sessions guided by a physiotherapist, on the mat or with equipment. Every exercise has a reason, and the pace is always set by your body.
